I've shared the stage with artists like Beck, The B-52's, Flaming Lips, Green Day, INXS, Spearhead, The Dirty Dozen & Rebirth Brass Bands (and dozens of eclectic others), and appeared at US music festivals like Bonnaroo and Voodoo Fest.

Musically I'm all-over-the-map, always trying to “press your buttons” by playing records that resonate regardless of age, ethnicity or astrological sign:).  In each set, you'll get 60+ years worth of amazing records - everything from funk & soul to rock & roll, EDM & downtempo chill, jazz & blues, and whatever else I think will move & inspire you.

Think of me more as a selector (or programmer) of great music, rather than someone who regurgitates the brain-dead, disposable Top 40 pop charts back to you. In the end, your event’s music should be as special as the event itself.

DJ'ING WITH A demographic MINDSET

DJ's are only as good as the records they play, and many DJ's play the same records as everyone else.  Put simply, that means that many events end up sounding very similar to everyone else's - making it even harder for your events to stand out.  

My job "behind the decks" is to make your event sound unique & special, not like everyone else.  

I've seen months of planning and hundreds of hours invested in events, undone in 30 minutes by a DJ with no sense of the theme, vibe and demographics of the room. I take all those factors into consideration when playing for your clients.  It's an organic flow of 60 years worth of music - ever changing, always musically interesting.
